Dosage and Instructions

Adults: 10-15 gms or 1 tbsp Chyavanaprasham at bedtime.

(12-18 yrs) 8-10 gms or 3/4 tbsp at bedtime.

Follow up with 1/2 – 1 glass of lukewarm milk for best results.
